All was fairly clean, I loved perfect staff and location. Extremely comfy beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and a personal safe in the room. The bathroom was large but it worked for my 1 day stay.

It had much too soft beds, maybe it was bad luck.

By and large, it was amazing base for sightseeing in Lucerne, had much fun and met cooperative staff on check-out. The hotel had a central location and it was walking distance to a Lion monument.

We spent a very good time here, excellent staff and location. Everything was very clean during our stay nonetheless disappointing aspect was very small bathroom. The restaurant was really nice and its excellent dishes are to die for. We liked our stay.

Free WiFi and early check in. Reception staff very appreciated. They have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a private safe and a work desk in every room. Truly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant Lapin, no need to go somewhere else. Moreover, we parked our car nearby.
