I liked the place and its staff and location.

The staff was polite, accommodating. Had a really enjoyable stay for a short visit, would stay here again.

All was fairly clean, I loved perfect staff and location. Extremely comfy beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and a personal safe in the room. The bathroom was large but it worked for my 1 day stay.

The hotel was clean, facilities where clean, ideal location so close to shop, bus stop, train station, old town and main train station.

It had much too soft beds, maybe it was bad luck.

Location and staff were GOOD and I enjoyed it.

By and large, it was amazing base for sightseeing in Lucerne, had much fun and met cooperative staff on check-out. The hotel had a central location and it was walking distance to a Lion monument.

Top location, attractive hotel and very kind staff. Venue rooms are silent with all essentials and three beds, for instance. Good drinks at rooftop bar, amazing service.

It is a convenient hotel, I loved brand-new rooms and unbeatable location. They serve lots of meals, the food I tried was outstanding.

Charming hotel, best staff, reliable wi-fi. Our room was functional and had 1 queen size bed. Pool was nice and beds were nice. Tasty and generous breakfast with variety of toast, pastries and eggs.

lake lucerne is near to the hotel. there was a clean bathroom. ideal place for a 4-night stay.

Free WiFi and early check in. Reception staff very appreciated. They have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a private safe and a work desk in every room. Truly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant Lapin, no need to go somewhere else. Moreover, we parked our car nearby.
